Become A Foster
Fostering is a fantastic way to help us and get to hang out with adorable kitties! We provide all vetting and supplies needed. If you would like to help with any of that as a donation it is greatly appreciated but not required. Specific requirements vary case by case. If you are up for reaching out to the adopters when the time comes, after they are approved by us, to talk about your foster to see if they’re a good fit and potentially have a meet and greet, we have found it’s the best way to know the forever home is the ideal match! If you are not up for that we respect your privacy and will handle it on our end. You will be able to specify what you are and are not able to help with in the application.
DISCLAIMER: Fostering is a DONATION of your time. If you do decide to adopt your foster (which we highly support!) there is no discount to the adoption fee. We greatly appreciate all our fosters and the time they donate! But we have to charge the same adoption fee for every animal to continue to run. We appreciate your understanding

If you are interested in fostering please fill out our application in full before submitting it.
Requirements to foster
1. Must live in or near Missoula.
2. Must be able to take animal to vet appointments in Missoula.
3. Must be able to give medication if needed.
4. All animals that you own must be up to date on all vaccines and fixed.(unless they are to young).
5. Must be okay with landlord if renting.
6. Must be over 18.
Volunteer Your Time
We are always needing help with one thing or another. Here are the main ways we can make use of your help!

Helping Tranport
The vets we use for spay and neuter are not located in Missoula. So we are always needing willing drivers for spay and neuter trips! The usual vet is out in Darby and we may be working with a few others within an hour drive of Missoula. Besides those trips we also have random need for help transporting kitties or supplies in town​. If you’d like to be a Kitty Taxi click HERE to email us! Helping with Fundraising
When we throw on fundraisers it takes quite a few hands on deck to make it successful! If you’re willing to help plan, set up, or coordinate fundraisers we will take all the help we can get. This also means if you have ideas on how we could raise funds, have resources that can help, or anything of the kind we would LOVE to hear from you! Helping with TNR
This specific type of volunteering will require either previous knowledge and/or willingness to read the ASPCA TNR GUIDELINE that we follow​. The needs will vary case by case but the protocol will be the same, having more people on board that are aware of how to get the job done is always helpful!
